Chess Telecom Announce Business Development Director Chess Telecom has promoted Stephen Dracup to Business Development Director. Stephen joined the company back in February 2005 as part of the acquisition of Hoodpoint Communications and since then has expanded his role to cover IT, Systems Development, Customer Support and Product Development.

He joined the Board of Directors in June 2009 as Technology Director and in his new role has taken on further responsibility for Marketing and Performance.
