Chess KISS Summer Conference was a smacker!

The Chess 2011 Summer Conference was a smacker with its big theme,
KISS (keep it simple stupid), aimed at making things simpler for
customers, partners and people.
David Pollock, Chief Executive of Chess, commented: "Our promise to

So far this year Chess has been announced as the Institute of Customer
Services - Service Provider of the Year; as one of the UK's 100 Best
Companies to Work For by the Sunday Times; recognised as a
'benchmark for quality service' by the Customer First Awards; and has
established a £21m acquisition facility with Barclays Bank.
